The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Terms and conditions may change from time to time as circumstances change. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the most recent terms and conditions, which will be indicated below.

SEVENTWENTY TM reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
The presentation of the goods in our internet shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Upon receipt of an order in our internet shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our Internet shop.
We do not guarantee that all the items available in our web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. SEVENTWENTY TM cannot warrant that the content of www.720protections.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. SEVENTWENTY TM may at any time change the content of the site. Though SEVENTWENTY TM strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

In situations where SEVENTWENTY TM act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. SHOPPING AT www.720protections.com
Shopping directly at www.720protections.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at SEVENTWENTY TM. When you receive your package, you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home, and we have a 30-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. We operate Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.
An order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the „Order“ buttons
3) Check the information in the shopping cart
4) Press the button to “checkout”
5) Re-examination or correction of the respective entered data.
6) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button „order with costs“ or „buy“.
We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated e-mail („order confirmation“). Should you not receive a written cancellation of the order from SEVENTWENTY within 2 working days, the order is considered accepted.
STORAGE OF ORDERS AND SIGN IN OR REGISTER
Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet shop: If you register, we store the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. If you order as a guest, you get only the order confirmation by e-mail. You can also view the GTC at any time at www.720protections.com. You can view your past orders in our customer area under account > orders. Registration is free. When registering on our website, we will save the information necessary to fulfill your orders. We will not sell or in any other way let anyone else use your information. Please read our Privacy for more information about how we will use your personal information.
All transactions on www.720protections.com are processed using stripe or PayPal, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. SEVENTWENTY TM makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by SEVENTWENTY TM. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal-balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs or duties, where provided by law, are added.
The consumer has the possibility of payment by PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION
Unless we have stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery takes place at latest within 3 working days form our warehouse in Bolzano, Italy. In case of banking transfer the delivery take place as soon as the money arrives our bank account.
All orders are processed within 2 business days at SEVENTWENTY TM warehouse in Italy. Shipping takes between 2 and 14 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed.
Retention of title
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders to the European Union (EU) prices include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout. For orders to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, taxes and duties are to calculate in addition. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local custom authority.
Shipping costs will can be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

For other countries we ask you to contact us by mail, because there might be different regulations for the admission of the articles.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
The standard delivery times to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, are between 2 to 8 days.
We offer free standard delivery in EU countries for orders over 100,00 € total cart values. For shipments under these values, for standard delivery in EU countries, we charge 8,90 €.
In case of FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, SEVENTWENTY TM obligations are suspended. The contract between you and SEVENTWENTY TM can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by SEVENTWENTY TM. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. SEVENTWENTY TM will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
PARCEL ARRIVED WITH VISIBLE DAMAGE :
We always make sure that our products leave the factory in mint conditions. In case you receive a damaged parcel please write a parcel damage report on the paper you have to sign to accept the package and take some photos of the parcel before opening it. Only by doing so you will be able to get a free of charge product replacement in case of damage.
Write us an email at email@example.com within 5 days from the delivery date, attaching the order number and the photos to have a free of charge replacement.
If you don’t follow this procedure we won’t respond for any damaged product.
We hope you are fully satisfied with your products. Nevertheless, if you wish to return them you have 30 days to do so, starting from the date you or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier took possession of the good. Returns for DE, AT, IT, BE, NL, LUX, HU, CZ, SI, SK, PL and FR:
You can find all information about returning the goods in the shipping confirmation email and/or on the return label in the package. If you have not received them, please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
1. the return label for sending the package can be found in the package itself or in the attachment of the shipping confirmation email.
2. the label must be printed, clearly visible, firmly and indissolubly attached to the package. We also ask you to fill out the return form completely and attach it to the package.
3. take the package with the label to the partner shop indicated on the return label.
Please note that the package must again be returned with the same provider and/or the courier indicated on the return label!
For returns from these countries we will deduct €5,90 from the refund.
Returns other EU countries:

For returns from these countries we will deduct € 9,90 or 13,90 from the refund.
Returns for Switzerland:
The return label is enclosed in the package.
For returns from these countries we will deduct €25,- from the refund.
As soon as the goods arrive at our central warehouse in Bolzano (Italy), their condition will be checked. The return will be processed within 15 days.
Damaged or used items will not be credited. Refunds, minus shipping costs, will be made automatically through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Any original shipping costs are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Fill in the form at this link to inform us about the return;
Please place the helmet carefully inside its box, in the right direction, so that it is not damaged during transport.
Print the label enclosed in the shipping confirmation e-mail follow the instructions.

Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. PayPal refunds are credited back to the PayPal account. Refunds are issued as soon as SEVENTWENTY TM has fully processed the return and received the returned goods. This can take up to 14 business days.

In case of doubt on one or more points of these general terms and conditions, the Italian version shall prevail.
